How is a surveyed contact counted?
A contact counts as soon as they are asked, by an e-mail sent or by the widget shown, at most once a month, whether they answer or not. Not counted: test contacts, contacts left out by sampling or by the guardrail, hard-bounced addresses and reminders of the same survey.
What happens if I go over my quota?
You are warned at 50, 80 and 100% of the quota. Beyond it, sending pauses: nothing is billed without your consent. You can switch on paid overage, at the price shown in the plan details, or move to the next plan. The Free plan has no overage.
How does the trial work?
When you create your account, you try Gradiamo with the features of the Business plan and the quotas of the Starter plan. At the end of the trial, the account goes back to the Free plan, unless you choose a paid plan.
Monthly or yearly, what changes?
Yearly, two months are free and the quota of the twelve months is available from day one. Monthly, the quota is monthly, with no carry-over from one month to the next. On the Free plan, a twelfth of the yearly quota is added each month and adds up.
Who counts as a user?
Only editor users count, those who create surveys and manage contacts. Readers, who look at the results, are unlimited and free.
How can I pay?
By card or by SEPA direct debit, on every plan. The Scale plan paid yearly can also be paid by bank transfer.
