Publisher
The websites of the service (scaliamo.com, gradiamo.com, proofiamo.com, referiamo.com and the websites of the other tools of the suite) and the application are published by Stéphane T., acting in his own name on behalf of the company Scaliamo, being formed, until its registration:

Scaliamo is a société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU, French single-shareholder simplified joint-stock company) being formed, with a share capital of 1,000 euros, whose sole shareholder will be upto9 (SASU being incorporated). SIREN and RCS: registration in progress. Once registered, Scaliamo will take over the commitments made on its behalf, and this notice will be updated.
In the legal documents of the service, "Scaliamo" refers to this company. It enters into the contracts with customers and is the controller of the processing described in the privacy policy.

Hosting
The websites and the application are hosted in France by Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France (to be checked), in the fr-par region.
Backups are encrypted and stored with the same host, in France.
During a transition period, the Scaleway subscription is held by the company Five Two Ten, on behalf of Scaliamo, until it is transferred to Scaliamo.
Intellectual property
The texts, visuals, logos, trademarks and software presented on the websites belong to Scaliamo, to upto9 or to their partners (split to be checked). Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited, except where the law provides otherwise.
A trademark application for the name Gradiamo is planned with the EUIPO (to be checked: not yet filed at the date of this draft).
Personal data
The processing of the personal data of visitors, waitlist subscribers, people who write to us and users is described in the privacy policy.
For the data our customers entrust to us (their contacts, respondents, referrers and referees), Scaliamo acts as a processor. See the data processing agreement (in French) and the list of subprocessors (in French).
Cookies and audience measurement
The showcase websites set no audience measurement cookie, no session cookie and no security token. Two cookies are set only when the visitor makes a choice:
- "site_language" remembers the language chosen with the language banner or the language selector. It only holds a language code and lasts 12 months.
- "mtm_consent_removed" is set by Matomo when the visitor opts out of audience measurement from the privacy policy, to remember that choice. Its lifetime is set by Matomo and may be shortened by the browser.
A password-protected page also sets a session cookie, on that website only, once the right password has been entered. This cookie is only used to keep access to the page.
Audience measurement uses Matomo, hosted by Scaliamo on the servers of the service, configured without measurement cookies. No measurement data is passed on to a third party.
The application (customer area) uses a session cookie, needed to sign in.
Accessibility
The websites and the application aim to comply with the RGAA, the French accessibility standard (keyboard navigation, screen readers, AA contrast). An accessibility statement will be published (whether this is mandatory for a company of this size is to be checked).
Business customers
The service is sold to businesses only. The applicable terms are the general terms of sale and use (in French).
